In stock products are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are mostly shipped via UPS with tracking number. After having proceeded to checkout, we will send you all information. Please have your mail box or junk mail box checked for status updates. 

For pre-order products, the expected shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and we don't represent or warrant that we will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, iGround Canada is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts or credits due to any such delays. The products will be shipped in the order in which the pre-order is received. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

Some remote areas may be out of carrier delivery range and transit time might be longer than indicated. 

Refusing an item from the carrier will result in credit of total cost, less back and forth shipping fees.

If you receive the wrong item or if item is missing, please contact us within seven (7) days from the date you receive the shipment; we will send you the correct item and the return shipping fee will be taken in charge by iGround Canada.

All shipments are insured for lost or damaged. Customer must check damaged prior to install ; insurance not applied if product has been installed. If damages found, customer must keep all packaging material for the carrier investigation purposes. Customer is responsible to open claim on the carrier tracking page (it takes only couple minutes) within seven (7) days from its reception, then the carrier will inform us through our account dashboard. Only if and at the time the carrier confirms, we will send you replacement shipment at no cost. On a case by case analysis, functional damaged product may receive partial refund or credit in online store (gift card).

For special delivery instructions to the carrier, you may let delivery instructions directly at your door.

Cut off time is weekdays 11:30am. Most order with clear payment status made before cut off time is likely to be shipped same day. Might not be applicable to peak season (March to July).

If you changed your mind with your purchase, you may contact us by email (including your order number) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (back and forth costs are non refundable) unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Without an RA, iGround Canada cannot accept your returned product.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging in order for us to process any returns. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the cost of goods (plus applicable taxes) wihtout shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (1 to 10 days). 

Usually our factories include hardware such screw, bracket and/or double side. If not, or not enough, customer is responsible to add to his own way double side tape, sealant or additional mounting brackets & screws for a secure mounting.  Aftermarket products may need some adjustment; we highly recommend your product to be installed by a professional.  Some products could be for off-road only; verify with your local authority for its legal use. iGround Canada is not responsible for any defect caused to your product after installation or for damage caused by an illegal use. In no event shall iGround Canada be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use of the product. Unless otherwise noted, products are brand new and come without warranty. Raw material may have normal manufactured imperfections or surface scratch.

iGround Canada is an aftermarket products supplier not affiliated with car company advertised or any of its affiliates. iGround Canada aftermarket parts are not manufactured by the OEM nor with its authorization nor under its supervision. The logos are registered marks of the OEM and these items are solely available through them.
