Yes. By selecting the option during payment 'warehouse pickup'. The information will then be emailed to you when your order is ready to be picked up - usually within one (1) business day.
No. The warehouse is not a 'brick-and-mortar' business, it is not possible to show up to 'pay and take out'. All orders must go through the online store.
Preorder means the product is in transit from one of our factories. All products arrive in containers travelling by sea and we expect to receive them to our warehouse within a reasonable time frame. Please check for expecting arrival date on the product's page.
While we can process orders on weekends, carriers only pick up packages from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays).
All shipments are insured for lost or damages. Customer is responsible to open claim on the carrier tracking page. Only if and at the time the carrier confirms, we will send you replacement shipment at no cost. In a case by case damaged situation, partial refund or credit in online store (gift card) will be proposed.
Normally, carriers do not deliver on weekends.

Yes. Please note that a refund is immediately issued upon cancellation and a confirmation email is sent. However, depending on the payment method used, it may take one (1) to ten (10) days for the refund to appear in your account.
