Shipments, returns & refund

In stock products are generally dispatched within 24 business hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canpar, Purolator, DHL, UPS or Fedex with tracking and signature required (when applicable). After having proceeded to checkout, we will send you all information. Please have your email box or junk email box checked for status updates.

We inspect your items prior to ship them. iGround Auto Gear Canada will not be responsible for damage occur during transit.

Refusing item from the carrier will result in credit of total cost less back and forth shipping fees and 20% of the item(s) paid price as restocking fee.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within two (2) days from the date you receive the shipment; we will send you the correct item and the return shipping fee will be taken in charge by iGround Auto Gear Canada.

Return/Exchange Policy:

NO return accepted. Exchange upon approval and proof of factory default.


  • Partial or full refund requests are subject to 5% administrative fees.

  • Special orders are non-refundable


Some products may be used for off-road only. Customer is responsible to check with his/her local/state laws and ordinances.

We are not responsible if you ordered the wrong item, which does not work on your vehicles.

All parts required professional installation, there is no return or exchange if you do not know how to install it yourself.
