Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Purolator, DHL, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post / USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Depending of your location, the delivery company may vary. After having proceeded to checkout, we will send you all information. Please have your mail box or junk mail box checked for status updates.

We inspect your items prior to ship them. iGround Auto Gear Canada will not be responsible for damaged products.

Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not accept delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note any damages or irregularities on both the packaging and the product on the freight bill or receipt at the deliverer’s presence. Have the person sign it as verification of defective merchandise. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. If you receive a damage item, please contact us within two (2) days from the date you receive the shipment with the following information: freight bill signed from the deliverer confirming damage item, pictures of the box/package prior to open it and pictures of the damage item. 

Refusing a non-damaged item will result in credit of total cost less back and forth shipping fees and 20% of the item(s) paid price as restocking fee. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within two (2) days from the date you receive the shipment; we will send you the correct item and the return shipping fee will be taken in charge by iGround Auto Gear Canada.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Only factory defective item can be return for a refund or exchange for the same product within 15 days of the delivery date. Item must be in its original condition, brand new, unused, uninstalled and unpainted. Customer is responsible to advise us for fitment issue prior to painting job. NO paint job will be refund. For factory defective item, we will provide return shipping label. The customer is responsible to protect item from potential damage during its return. After we receive the item, we will inspect it and confirm its factory default. Exchange or full refund will be issued. Refund may take up to 10 business days to reach customer’s account.

  • Special orders are not returnable. No Cancellation, No Return or Exchange. No Exception.

  • Some products may be used for off-road only. Customer is responsible to check with his/her local/state laws and ordinances.

  • We are not responsible if you ordered the wrong item, which does not work on your vehicles.

  • All parts required professional installation, there is no return or exchange if you do not know how to install it yourself.

  • iGround Auto Gear Canada is not responsible for defective or damage caused by unprofessional installation or misuse of the product.
