In stock products are generally dispatched within 24 business hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, Purolator or UPS with tracking and signature required (when applicable). After having proceeded to checkout, we will send you all information. Please have your mail box or junk mail box checked for status updates.

Refusing an item from the carrier will result in credit of total cost less back and forth shipping fees and 20% of the item(s) paid price as restocking fee.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days from the date you receive the shipment; we will send you the correct item and the return shipping fee will be taken in charge by iGround Auto Gear Canada.

We offer shipping with and without insurance cost. Customers who do not purchase insurance are responsible of their shipment from the moment it leaves the warehouse. It will be the customer sole liability if anything happens to product, such as damage caused by the shipping company or if the product gets lost and other inconveniences that may occur once it leaves our warehouse. We will not offer refund, exchanges or credit back to customer in the case of no insurance on the shipment.

Customers who do purchase insurance, if we are notified within 14 days from the date customers receive the shipment, we will take full responsibility for shipments from the warehouse to the customer delivered address. If anything were to happen to the product on the way, we will handle it for them the best and fastest way (exchanging or partial refund).



If you changed your mind with your purchase from our online store, you may contact us by email (including your order number) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (back and forth costs are non refundable) unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Without an RA, iGround Auto Gear Canada cannot accept your returned product.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging in order for us to process any returns. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders or gift cards.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the cost of goods (plus applicable taxes) wihtout shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (1 to 10 days).
